A celebration of Margaret Boulton's life
Margaret's Funeral service will take place at The Arun Crematorium on Friday 22nd March 2024 at 11.00am. To make sure we start on time please arrive by 10:45am
Margaret will also be remembered during the Meeting for Worship at the Quaker Friends Meeting House 23 Church Street, Littlehampton, BN17 5EL Sunday 24th March 10:30-11:30am. All are welcome to attend.
Margaret was keen that her funeral be a celebration of her life. Colour, pattern and fabrics were always a passion. Please feel free to wear something bright, colourful or something with a splash of purple.
When asked recently about her funeral wishes, with a characteristically naughty glint in her eye, she said she wanted "Everyone to be happy that I've had such a good life, have a celeration, oh, and no one should wear any knickers". As an egalitarian she was keen it should apply to all. Complying is of course optional!
Family flowers only please but donations are very welcome to Margaret's preferred local charity, Chestnut Tree House which is the local children's hospice.
